Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you bought through Amazon:

Please initiate your return directly through Amazon.

If you bought from us directly:

Contact us at contact@womendecodedbook.com to start a return. Once approved, you'll need to send the item to: Rocklin, CA (exact address to be provided)

We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without contacting us first won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item?

Let us know right away so we can help fix the issue.

Non-returnable items:

We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If so, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been over 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, email us.
