We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please initiate your return directly through Amazon.
Contact us at [email protected] to start a return. Once approved, you’ll need to send the item to Rocklin, CA (exact address provided on approval).
We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
Let us know right away so we can help fix the issue.
We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been over 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, email us.
Bulk and wholesale orders are covered by the terms agreed in writing before shipping, not by this policy.
We’re here to assist you with any questions about returns or refunds.
